Apart from the friendly guards and security guards, I think this inn is far behind. The facilities are not well maintained. The air conditioner was broken, the water didn't come out, the shower couldn't be used (it was accommodated in a bucket that also looked less clean) were some of the small things from the many problems that existed. Maybe it's a good idea to make improvements if you really intend to still want to play in the current accommodation business. And the officers as long as my family and I were there were only 2 people, the security guard and the receptionist. Looks like they both handle everything. As a result, the promised breakfast at 7, came out at 9, so it was getting late to Kelimutu lake (you know, just stay in the moni area) even though it was only white rice, omelette and warm tea. Maybe this is due to the fact that there are only a few workers. It's a shame, even though the building is overall good, but because it's not well-maintained, it looks like it's lacking here and there which makes my judgment drop far, aka free fall.

Service at the restaurant is not pleasant.

The hotel is center of city, in front of moca caffe, but in the room has no hot water in bathroom, bed room dirty, bathroom is dirty like never have been clean, the toilet broken, no water is tank toilet, shower little out of water. breakfast just 2 menu, rice, noodle and egg, that's all. sorry I have to honest.

The staff is friendly, breakfast is only fried rice, the room is dirty. Moreover, the bathroom is very dirty. Room 109 is haunted. Midnight TV channel can change by itself. Likewise, the volume of TV can be small by itself. In front of the hotel there are cafes that are fun to hang out.

Friendly staff. But for the condition of the room is really not maintained. The bathroom floor had lots of stains and was not very clean. I happened to get room 109 and the room was very smelly. On the 2nd night, the TV channel changes automatically. The TV volume fluctuates even though the TV remote is not touched at all. For breakfast every morning, only fried rice is provided. There is no menu variation. In front of the hotel there is a good cafe for hanging out.

The toilet is poorly maintained, the mattress is hard for the sick body, or less tender.

The place is comfortable, clean and not far from the airport, just recommended.

The hotel is nice ,, service is satisfactory ,, demand is fast in response. Although a bit noisy because the room right beside the road there trafficnya light .. and also in the bathroom is always hot from morning to afternoon so uncomfortable in use.

Superior room size is very small like kos2an in kebon kacang jakarta and only for one person. Finally I ask for a downgrade to the twin standard and its size is bigger. Convex TV size 14 inch, air conditioner less cold but not too problem. Tea and fried rice for breakfast not bad lah. There were dead cockroaches in the room. I extend one day but the room was not cleaned up, and the receptionist was not always there at the reception desk. The location is very strategic as it is across from the coffee shop and near from the city center of Ende. Unfortunately maybe this hotel in Ende the most mending if compare the review until now.
