The staff is friendly. Very helpful even though I've only stayed here once. But it didn't disappoint.

There is a price for everything. Because it was cheap (thought to be an app promo) so I got a room on the 3rd floor/topmost. There was no elevator. If you want to get hot water, you have to go to the 1st floor, it's not available on every floor, it's really tiring going up and down the stairs. In the app 'double bed' but in fact given 'twin bed' which is attached to be 1. When asked 'why did you get a twin when you bought a double', they said 'it's sold out', if it's sold out why is it still available in the app? It's really strange. The AC also wasn't cold all night. There was hot water for bathing, the toiletries were only shampoo and soap sachets, no toothbrush and toothpaste. The blanket was thin like in a hospital, maybe considered unnecessary because the AC wasn't cold. There were 2 complete towels but they were small. The mattress was comfortable, the sheets were also clean and soft. The floor and bathroom were also clean.

The TV still uses manual so I was helped by using the STB but I couldn't get any broadcast either

The AC is not cold at all. The bathroom door is also broken. But for security and cleanliness it is ok. The location is not far from the mall

For such a cheap price, the room is nice.

Although the price of the room is backpacker. But the location and comfort of the room are not cheap. The hotel is clean, complete facilities. Only the AC is not cold enough even though it's already 16 degrees.

While staying here it was comfortable, the place is very strategic everywhere and close to the station. Next time I will probably stay here again if I stop by in Cirebon.

Kamar cukup nyaman, harga murah, pelayan bagus, hanya lampu redup. Kl bisa ganti yang lebih terang.
