Great location. Service is okay, but cleanliness is still a priority. Public areas, stairs, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all well-maintained.

I used an extra pillow. They charged me every night for 3 pillows. It was expensive.

Dirty. Spiderwebs were found in the bathroom. Mosquitoes were plentiful. Towels were worn out. No soap, no toothbrush. The bed wasn't clean (it was itchy). The hotel lobby had dust all over the table. I wouldn't want to return.

Strategic location for tourist attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very strategic, close to Malioboro Street and nearby are Indomaret, food stalls, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the hotel was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly, including the lobby, stairs, rooms, and bathrooms. The trash cans appeared to have never been cleaned, leaving a crusty mess. Perhaps they could pay more attention to cleanliness in the future.

The room is okay enough for fam, the bathroom needs more attention to cleanliness... Close distance to everywhere.

The room was dirty, not cleaned when we checked in. There was a lot of dust, and no towels were provided at all. There were no toiletries, the shower was small, and the tap water was dirty. I thought hotels would have smart TVs, but apparently not, only old-school channels. Quite disappointed.

I stayed here April 15-17, 2026, overall it was good because I've been there before, but this was my first time trying the breakfast, mantulitaaaa. The menu is really delicious, I always had breakfast 3 times and it was satisfying and full. Good job Ardan Hotel, I will definitely come back again next time, thank you.

I stayed at this hotel from April 17-20, 2026, the AC was not cold as promised even though the temperature was 16°, there was no solution from the hotel, but something more fatal happened when it was discovered that the room service entered the room without permission with the excuse of having to clean the room even though we were out walking. Then I complained to the hotel, they said that it was their SOP that the room must be cleaned even without permission from the hotel guest, I was angry because as far as I know when staying at other hotels even in Bali the hotel must ask first if they want the room cleaned, if at that time the room occupant is not there then just step back first don't just come in even if only to give towels and drinking water, that's rude, what if there are missing items? Can the hotel be responsible? After all, the room service also didn't clean the room when they entered, they argued that it was SOP but in my opinion their SOP violated the privacy of hotel guests, I would return them if I entered their room without permission or not? For that, the hotel apologized and I advised them not to repeat this incident, they had to ask for permission first, I said, but the next day it happened again even though I had already told them not to do it again, the room service staff didn't understand that it was still SOP, they said, it was actually him who didn't understand the SOP for being polite to guests.
