My Points

Nice and clean room, but please provide 3 ways plug-in for electricity. Friendly staff. Thanks Golden Inn.

The rooms are too narrow for 2 people to order for 2 people the facilities provided are only for 1 dead AC no clothes storage cabinet.

Kamar terlalu sempit untuk 2 orang pesan untuk 2 orang fasilitas yang diberikan hanya untuk 1 orang AC mati tidak ada lemari penyimpanan pakaian.

They gave welcome drink, staffs were nice, they helped us looking for transport to airport.

Cleanliness was lacking, I found trash and puddles in the bottom corner of the bed. The plug for the hp charger is not there, there is only 1 tv plug. The bathroom had no tissue, bins, doormats, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. No mineral water in room.

Kebersihan kurang, saya menemukan sampah dan genangan air di sudut bawah tempat tidur. Colokan untuk charger hp tidak ada, hanya ada 1 colokan tv. Kamar mandi tidak ada tissue, tempat sampah, keset kaki, sabun, sikat gigi, odol, dan handuk. Tidak disediakan air mineral di kamar.

Wifi did not function. No hot water, no lift.
