The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful, and the food is delicious. The best part about this hotel, in my opinion, is the bed and pillows. They're so soft. 😄 The shower and other amenities are all complete. Awesome.

Everything was just okay. Only two things need attention: 1) Lift during peak hour (morning/check-out time) is very difficult to get. 2) Parking lot is very limited. Additional space at the ballroom parking, but it is far and have to pass the ballroom (very inconvenient when there's an event at the ballroom).

It's very attractive and a perfect place to stay, whether for business trips or vacations with family and friends. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety, making it easy to stay for several days, as the menu varies daily. The hotel's cleanliness is very well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very helpful.

Very comfortable for a holiday with peace of mind

We were delighted with our stay this time. We originally booked an executive club room and were upgraded to an executive suite, receiving suite amenities. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied. This hotel will become one of our family's favorites.
