The room is clean, comfortable, maybe the food variety could be increased.

The bathroom smelled of urine, and it was suggested to use the shower light. The back of the cupboard lid slid open, allowing the bathroom odor to enter the room. Overall, the hotel was okay.

I stayed in room 520. I happened to have a baby with me. We put baby food in the refrigerator, and it all went bad because the refrigerator wasn't working properly (it wasn't cold). The room was also very small.

The location is strategic, close to both the LRT and MRT stations. The hotel lobby has a luxurious ambiance. The rooms are very comfortable. The view from the pool directly overlooks the city life, making it truly unique. The hotel's breakfast buffet is comprehensive and delicious. What was particularly surprising was the complimentary barbecue buffet night provided by the hotel. Overall, a truly enjoyable staycation here!

I've stayed here several times. Honestly, the breakfast is usually delicious. But this time, my fried rice was dry, and the dim sum wasn't cooked properly, still having a floury taste and was very salty. I've asked the staff to check. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The hotel facilities are complete, with a fairly large swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa, and a restaurant with a varied menu. The location is strategic, close to the Setiabudi LRT and TransJakarta (public transportation) stops. I was also very happy because, even though I only stayed one night, I still got a voucher for an outdoor barbecue dinner in the pool area. I could relax for a while.

Strategic and comfortable location, the price is worth it for me. Want to come back soon.

All the things are good. Staff is friendly and helping, room very comfortable, food has many variants. I have stayed here many times when I come to Jakarta.
