Friendly staff and very clean... Nice, neat, comfortable, safe, clean.

The doormat was very dirty, and the towels smelled terribly, as if they had never been washed. The bedsheets had lipstick marks from a woman's lips, the pillows smelled, and the mattress was a bit gritty, as if the sheets hadn't been changed. I was confused about washing my hands in the sink; the faucet was too far from the hole, making it difficult to get the water.

not recommended, smelly room, smelly mattress and pillows, lots of hair, lots of dust, Indomie for breakfast, the bread is soggy that it can't be toasted, smoking is allowed in the coffee shop (eating place), wow, it's not good at all, if it's not urgent, I won't want to go again, regret it!

The hotel staff service is very good, and the location is very strategic.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, facilities and services are quite in line with the budget, so it is economical to stay here for short purposes like business or transit.

Always satisfied staying here, a regular when I go to Balikpapan.
