The only staff at the hotel was the receptionist, no one helped me carry my luggage to my room on the second floor, even though I have trouble climbing stairs (I'm 60 years old). The hotel room was very dirty, the floor was dusty, and the window curtains had black and brown moldy spots. The bathroom was slippery due to dried soap residue, and the ceramic tiles were slippery, making it unsuitable, as I fell while showering. Thank God I was still alive so I could complain to the receptionist. I went to an event and asked for the room to be cleaned and the curtains replaced. When I got home from the event, I was only given an indifferent answer that the curtains couldn't be replaced, citing unclear reasons. There was no solution because they said the first and second floors were full, and I couldn't climb the stairs on the third floor. I waited for over an hour, and the receptionist remained silent, offering no solution every time I asked. She left me on the sofa in front of her without a solution, just silent. I climbed up to my room by climbing the stairs, which hurt my body from the fall earlier, packed my things, and stumbled down the stairs carrying my bags. At the receptionist, I asked again what the solution was. I planned to go home, not a staycation. I can't imagine what it would be like if I were from out of town. Before I left, I asked again what the solution was, and the staff said the room would be changed from 204 to 208. Even though they had said the second floor was also full. I had actually already spoken to the staff on the phone and told them that customer 208 would be checking in tomorrow, but the staff still wouldn't offer it to me because they had already said the second floor was full. What a sadistic hotel staff with no empathy (only one staff member is all in). When they wanted to give me room 208, I refused to go up even though they offered to help me up. I considered the staff to be unempathetic and unprofessional in providing a solution. Without going up to room 208, I took the key and returned the key to 204. I returned to my real home, which has facilities beyond this hotel. I stayed only for swimming therapy, as I have difficulty climbing stairs.
