There's a private pool, but it's useless. We've already made a reservation before the day itself, but we're late to check in. When it's another guest's turn to enter, we're considered late for leaving the pool, even though we're still late and angry, as if we're too late. The receptionist or other hotel staff should have been able to stop other guests from entering and disturbing the private pool, but they didn't do anything. I had to ask the receptionist to explain it to the other guests. TikTok and Instagram reviews that claim good facilities, affordable prices, and friendly staff don't seem to be the case when there are problems like this. I'll never come here again. It was truly an embarrassing and disappointing experience.

It was quite a stay here. However, the swimming pool is private. You have to book in advance if you want to use it. The Wi-Fi in the room is connected, but there's no internet.

The hotel is close to the mosque. The call to prayer can be heard directly from the room. The private pool is also great. Unfortunately, hours are limited, and the swimming hours are always at night.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. This second experience was especially enjoyable, as the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. I had a family event that required me to arrange 100 boxes of rice and snack boxes. The staff were patient and friendly, assisting us as a family, as we had to carry food from the parking lot to the third floor and back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The private pool was also a real treat. The hotel is small, but it was a very comfortable stay.

A pleasant experience for the first time at Alia Boutique, strategic location and most liked because it is kids friendly🥰. Overall, I liked the room, the first day we were in a standard room because it was full. The next day we extended our stay and upgraded to a larger room. The private pool, although we had little time, was satisfying, thank God. The breakfast also has a varied and delicious menu choice. The hotel is safe because it is specifically for families, plus there is a mosque🥰. This hotel is highly recommended.

There's a private pool, but many people are making content. Their cameras are very intrusive, and there's no prevention from the hotel staff. Requests for towels and hotel slippers take a long time to be fulfilled.
