This is the third time my family and I have stayed at the Zest Hotel Sukajadi Bandung. Overall, we were satisfied with the service, especially considering its strategic location, spacious rooms, cool air conditioning, cleanliness, friendly staff, and quick check-in and check-out.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. My room was on the third floor, and upon arriving, I discovered the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, even my room still had a lingering smell. On the day I checked in, the hotel was fully booked due to a tour group staying there. As a result, when breakfast started at 6:30 a.m., all the tables were full. Some guests couldn't find a table, even at 6:30 a.m. My suggestion: If the hotel is indeed full of tour groups, it's best to split the breakfast time between floors so guests don't have to wait in long lines.

The hotel is nice, clean, and attractive. The price is pocket-friendly.

I was just looking for a hotel on a whim, with no particular expectations. Surprisingly, I found such a comfortable hotel for such a reasonable price! ❤️ Feels like home.

Perfect for business trips, affordable prices, strategic location, clean rooms, and great service. The staff is very helpful. I was in a rush because I had a meeting at checkout, and Mba Wulan, who smelled so good, helped me order a Grab, which distracted me from the scent.

The location is quite strategic, maximum service.

I usually stay at the Zest Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, and I expected the same quality of service and room comfort. Unfortunately, on our second day, we returned to our room at 9:00 PM and it hadn't been cleaned. I was incredibly disappointed after a long day of traveling around Bandung to find the room still a mess. I don't know if it was Housekeeping or the Front Office's fault for not updating the room. I had requested a room change upon check-in (the room I was initially assigned was very gloomy, dusty, with the window lock open, the handle seemingly broken, allowing odors from outside to enter the room, and the view was of a building with several construction workers working, allowing a direct view out the window. Although the room was located close to the elevator, as I requested, it would have been better to check for any defects that needed to be repaired. It was very uncomfortable). The shower was small, the sofa cover was very dirty with lots of white stains, and the foam was no longer firm. When I sat down, it sank down. I think Swiss-Bel management can do better than this.

The breakfast was okay, but lacking in variety. The bathroom door was closed, but there was still a gap.
