the swimming pool water is very dirty

Everything is good in terms of hotel facilities and staff.

The first day I checked in, the room floor was dusty. The operator responded quickly to housekeeping to clean the room. The electrical circuit breaker turned off three times: the first day at 7 PM, the second at 8 AM, and the third day I asked the operator to call a technician, which was also quick to respond. The room view was very pleasant, allowing me to see the sunrise at dawn and the city lights at night. The second day I tried the swimming pool at 4 PM, but the water was cloudy and full of dirt. At the Sky Lounge/Fifteen Celcius, all the food and drinks we ordered were delicious and tasty. The Malabar restaurant had quite good food. The breakfast menu was mediocre, but the taste was standard. The service was good. All the staff were very friendly. Overall 8/10

Got a room on the first floor. The amenities were complete, the breakfast was varied, and it was delicious. I'll stay here again next time I visit Batu.

Spacious room, nice view of Mount Arjuno, swimming pool with warm water

The first choice for a staycation.. a comfortable hotel away from the noise.. The variety of food menus could be improved further

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the facilities are really satisfying (swimming pool, cafe with the best view, etc.) and most importantly, the background view of the mountains is very beautiful.

The view is quite good, but at that time I couldn't get a room that was a little higher up, so it was blocked by trees. As for the cleanliness of the room, I think it's not good for the hotel. The food is very varied, but it tends to be salty. The swimming pool is fun because the water is warm.
