Friendly service, clean rooms.

I can't comment further because I didn't get to stay. It clashed with the kids' semester exam dates. The hotel chat couldn't change the day/date. It was a forfeit.

Recommended for family vacation, private beach access.

The location is approximately 20 minutes from the town square. Although the hotel is old, the rooms are clean. The floors are sticky, and if you don't use a mat, they'll get dirty. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach. There's also a swimming pool. Breakfast is also quite good, with fruit, main courses, and snacks. The floors and gazebo could be more attractive if they were cleaned regularly.

If you're going to Pelabuhan Ratu, stay at Sunset77, no other. It's that comfortable.

There were cockroaches in the bed area. Location A1 was noisy because it was next to the reception, and the sounds of phones and people making it uncomfortable.

What I really liked was the hotel staff, who were incredibly friendly. Having direct access to the beach also made it even more fun for a family vacation.

The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The room was spacious with a magnificent view directly to the ocean. I might be back soon again.

The hotel has a great view directly onto the beach, and the rooms are spacious and directly facing the beach. The only downside is the breakfast. There's very little variety and the food isn't very tasty. It's better to stay without breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly and very comfortable. God willing, my family and I will come back again.

My husband and I stayed at 77 Sunset Plaza, staying in the Sunset Suite with breakfast. Overall, it was really fun! The room had a balcony overlooking the ocean, so it really gave me the vibe. It's also close to Pelabuhan Ratu, making it perfect for riding around the city on a motorbike. The building is quite old, so some parts feel a bit neglected, but honestly, the view and the room vibe are still worth it. 😆 The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast 🙃 The menu was actually okay (sweet and sour fish fillet, capcay, fried noodles, and tempeh), but the taste could be improved. The fish was quite fishy that night, so I wasn't in the mood for breakfast 😅 Overall, I was still happy with my stay, especially being able to wake up to the ocean view from the balcony. 🌊

The only problem is probably with the Wi-Fi, the rest is good as expected 👍

The mattress was not very clean, there were small insects, the TV channels were limited, not many channels could be accessed.

Everything was worth the price. The facilities and cleanliness were good. The staff were friendly, but the shower was a bit small. The flow could be increased a bit. But overall, it was very good.
