Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The only downsides were the poor Wi-Fi, and some of the breakfast items were a bit bland. The desserts weren't bad, though.

All the services were comfortable, and we'd like to apologize for the room cleanliness, as this is our favorite hotel. However, the room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, which left us a little disappointed. Everything else was fine.

The room wasn't soundproof, and we could hear people having sex from the next room, especially since we had children with us. Furthermore, there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom, and there were 1-2 in the room. The food was mediocre, not recommended.
