It's quite good and the staff are friendly, but if you want to enter at 12 o'clock you can't, you have to come at 2 o'clock sharp, so you have to wait until 2 o'clock sharp.

The bath soap can run out, meaning it wasn't refilled when it was cleaned again, which is why it ran out at night. Luckily, when I was informed, it arrived quickly, even though it was really uncomfortable.

good service .. nice room .. but wifi is hard to connect .. please provide input .. maybe when I checked in the menu list was not visible .. my suggestion is that each room has a menu list that can be connected to WA .. thanks

Please replace the bedsheets, there are lots of yellow stains and unclear stains, and please help when checking in if the room is already available. It's really far to find food. Breakfast is quite good, but there's not much variety. Just 2 nights, after that, immediately look for another one😁

Clean, good service... toothbrushes are available upon request...
The only thing I didn't like was having to leave my ID card at the receptionist upon check-in... I think we need another alternative for security.
