Nice hotel, friendly staff. However, the Wi-Fi needs some attention, and the rooms are not soundproof. When I stayed last night, there were a lot of noisy guests between 2:00 and 4:00, disturbing my sleep. Overall, it was great. I'll probably stay again.

The hotel, which was around Rp. 300,000, didn't meet my expectations. The toilet was slippery and mossy, the sheets and pillows were dirty, and the wardrobe was dusty and looked like it hadn't been looked after. At that price, it wasn't worth it. I'd rather stay somewhere within the Rp. 100,000 budget with the same amenities.

The staff is friendly, but honestly, the swimming pool is dirty, with lots of leaves... it looks like it's not being maintained... even though the view is nice, I'm a little disappointed 🙏 even though I wanted to have fun swimming in the Smart Hotel pool for my children...
