The staff is friendly but the room has a lot of minuses. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel the floor was full of sand. The room was full of mosquitoes, even the blanket had blood stains from mosquitoes, the lights were also too dim. The kettle for cooking water was dirty, there was a lot of limescale, so when I washed it, the water was so cloudy that it was difficult to clean it, so I didn't want to use it. The hallway was late to get to the room and then turned on the lights, it was dark. The bathroom was not very clean. Hopefully everything will be fixed. For the strategic location, it is very good.

The hotel staff is the best, all friendly. The facilities are okay, but the water heater wouldn't work. After being asked to fix it, it would turn on and off again. The hose under the sink was leaking. The breakfast was delicious, but not as complete as the video. It's okay, I stayed for 2 nights and was quite satisfied 🥰🫰

This hotel is strategically located, very close to the beach. The food is quite delicious and has a wide variety. There are lots of photo spots at the top of the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the service is good and fast. The price is also very affordable. Overall, it's highly recommended, and if I go to Pangandaran again, Krisna Hotel will be my choice. 😍

Friendly staff, can check-in early because the room was previously empty, can enjoy the sunrise and sunset in the restaurant area (no need to buy snacks).

Due to a lack of maintenance and upkeep, the cupboard is still in use despite being damaged. The walls are moldy and the paint hasn't been repaired. I'm a bit disappointed; it doesn't live up to expectations.
