I booked this room for my parents to attend my sister’s graduation and overall, they said it’s good, close to both my sister's place and the university.

The location is strategic, worth the price! The advantages are that it's across from a 24-hour Indomaret, a bank, 24-hour restaurants/food stalls on the right and left, there's a 24-hour photocopy/printing shop, and a computer shop... Overall, it's great.

For a simple break, it's definitely worth it. Affordable prices, comfortable rooms, and adequate amenities (Wi-Fi, water dispensers, etc.). There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so finding food isn't a hassle.

Recommended, have stayed 2 times. The second time in room 301, the AC was broken / didn't work and the TV didn't work either. But recommended if just for resting.

This rental is for parents because it is close to the student boarding house area and campus. So the nearest location is all cheap eateries. The price is okay, but my elderly parents got it on the 3rd floor, and by stairs everywhere it's a shame. But it's okay considering the price. Unfortunately, here for drinks you can only get a dispenser on the 1st floor so it's a hassle going back and forth.

It's more like a boarding house than a hotel, the room wasn't cleaned on the second day, you only get 1 towel, the parking lot is very narrow and you have to pay for parking several times, they say it's sharia but at 1 am you can hear the sound of people fighting really loudly.

The service is very good, the staff is also friendly and very helpful. Although the room is small, thank God the interior and water heater, and others are all functioning well.

The room is neat, quite complete, hot water shower is ok, AC is ok, there is a refillable water dispenser on the 2nd floor, the closet is too small, the room is always full. The best in its class. The hotel lobby should be painted brightly to be stylish.
