Very satisfied with the service, the staff are very friendly.

The receptionist and staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is at the bottom of a steep slope, so in the mornings, you'll be disturbed by the roaring exhausts of motorcycles trying to climb the hill. When it's quiet, the atmosphere is pleasant and very beautiful. The food isn't as varied as the restaurant across the street. The water heater was dirty, so we had to clean it ourselves. The bathroom door was hard to open, so we had to struggle. There was a bug in one of the vegetables at breakfast, although the restaurant was willing to replace it, but it put us off eating. There's a Jacuzzi, but the hot water wouldn't work for some reason, and it was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi is a bit of a luck-based service, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. But when it's quiet, the atmosphere is really nice.

It has good ambience, private place, they have tasty food, this place is recommended for couples and family. Hopefully they can make it this place more bigger and it has more wonderfull view

Everything is okay, the atmosphere is okay, but the villa camp room is very small.

There may be some parts of the room that need to be repainted, but otherwise it's very good. I've had several staycations here.

I love the weather. But having several unsatisfied things. First, this room is pricey. Second, check-in was late and the staff was not friendly enough (positive thinking that we check-in after 10 pm perhaps the receptionist was tired and did not explain the details regarding the room). Third, we should put on our own bed sheets (yes, we did. They only put them in a rattan basket). Last but not least, the room is lack of amenities. You could provide an electric kettle or at least mineral water in a room. And the blanket smells not good. Anw, I was in a glam room but for the price of 450/night I think it's pricey enough.

Stayed here yesterday during Eid holiday because the road was small so there was a big traffic jam on the road. The ambiance of the hotel was really cool, it made me feel at home. The breakfast was just so-so, not bad

we stayed in executive room 110. The room was cold even though there was no AC. spacious room, big bed, spacious and clean bathroom, stable hot water. only the wifi was not very strong. feels like in Bali.. private, lots of plants behind the balcony, sleep at night with the sound of cicadas that are never heard in the city. but it did not disturb our sleep. for the breakfast menu is very minimal, even my child added an omelet took a long time to be delivered. need to be reminded 3 times. The cutting of watermelon and melon is too small. "Hopefully the variety of the breakfast menu will be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The villa is cool and shady. It's nice to take a break from the cruelty of the world. The food is quite good. Thank you.

The place is cool, the room is cold even without AC, the temperature reaches 17C. I like the swimming pool the most, the water is clean, it doesn't smell of chlorine, it makes it comfortable to swim. The room is spacious, the only minus is the water heater on the last day, it wasn't hot. Suggestion for the breakfast menu is to increase the variants.

The place is quiet, suitable for those who like nature

I stayed in the cottage/glamping, the size is not too big but enough for two people because there is a shelf on the top that can be used to put stuff. The equipment is standard, there are towels, sheets, mattresses, and surprisingly the mattresses are soft and comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is standard & clean, the water heater works well. If you come here, I suggest bringing a cable roll/plug because there is only 1 plug inside. Other than that, there is nothing disappointing, the staff are kind and helpful, the food at the Salse restaurant is also okay. The air is cool, no AC needed 👌

The room was damp. Even though I ordered a premium type. The mattress and sheets smelled. I asked for a change of sheets but they still smelled. The water heater was dead. The shower also didn't work properly. Breakfast didn't have many variations. Disappointed. With a premium room order but disappointed
