The bathroom shower and drinking water kettle/thermos are no longer suitable for use.

It's safe and the staff are friendly. The pillows aren't soft enough, but they could be softer. This hotel is highly recommended. I'll definitely come back if I have time.

Strategic location but room condition and free breakfast beyond expectations

The mattress was really itchy, there were blood stains on the pillowcase, the television signal was really bad (manual), the food was not tasty, there was no sugar for tea and coffee, there was no mosquito net for ventilation, etc. There were so many shortcomings.

It's a shame the hotel is poorly maintained. The facilities are very limited. There is no fan let alone AC. The bathroom door cannot be locked. The water tap is leaking. The mattress is hard. The room is also stuffy and the air is not comfortable in the room or outside the hotel area. I checked in on Saturday night, then Sunday morning I went on vacation to Taman Safari. When I returned to the hotel, all the gates were closed. It turned out that the officer said the hotel was only open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, Mondays to Thursdays in the cottage rooms (in the hotel across the street) but there was no confirmation from the officer. Finally my belongings were still in the first hotel, told to be moved to the cottage hotel.

The view is nice in the morning and it's really cold, it's the best.

Because I was curious at first for the price of 260 plus breakfast even though it was just fried noodles, I thought it was so-so. Complete amenities, towels are available, but I think the bed sheet needs to be considered because it's a bit itchy. If you're just stopping by because of traffic jams, it's pretty good. The room is indeed vintage, the concept is a bit old. This hotel's plus is really helped by the young receptionist with glasses, she's super friendly + helpful. In terms of location, food and facilities, I think it's pretty good. For the super helpful receptionists, I hope your hospitality remains good. Because you guys really help make this hotel a plus.

Recommendation close to Jalan. Braga. For comfort is normal. Only access to Jalan. Braga is very close.

The room was stuffy and humid, but it was ok.

If you just want to stop by and spend the night for 1 day, it's pretty good + the location is right on the side of the road and there are places to eat outside the hotel.. you can also walk... Hot water, cold water, closet/toilet, all function well.. The only drawbacks are cleanliness, blankets and only 1 plug... And there's no AC/fan or wifi, but at night the air is quite cold so you need an extra blanket.. Breakfast is okay, according to the price given.. Thank you to the friendly staff, hopefully the management will improve a little.. enough for the location right on the side of the road..
