Overall OK, clean room, cold AC.
But the receptionist staff service is still lacking, buy through the app and choose to pay at the hotel. Had time to WA to confirm and ask for "DP" but I didn't give it because I had guaranteed cc if cancel.
When I arrived at the hotel to check in, one of the staff said to the staff who was serving me in a low voice: "booking a hotel for this amount, no deposit yet?? (While pointing to a paper that probably contains the total price of the room I booked)"
The point is if you need full payment, don't install it on the app to accept full payment at the hotel.
