Clean, ok, strategic, price is too high

Stayed for 2 nights, on the first day we requested room cleaning when we left at 12 noon via FO, when we returned to the room at 2 pm the room was still in the same condition as when we left it. Complained by calling, still waited approximately 30 minutes for the officer to arrive, the reason being that they were in a briefing.

As for hotel facilities, unfortunately, the elevator was undergoing maintenance this morning, and when we contacted them, they couldn't confirm when the repairs would be completed. Honestly, it was really annoying. Mobility was limited because we had to climb up and down the emergency stairs, which were definitely a bit stuffy. As for room amenities, in my honest review, they're somewhat overrated compared to their peers. This is probably due to the strategic location. As for the food, I can't comment on it because I didn't have breakfast and was already disgusted by the elevator maintenance issue. It's a shame, the location is strategic, but the facilities are so-so. Perhaps regular infrastructure checks are necessary so things like this can be anticipated. Thank you.

I used to book room hotels for those crew who wants to apply for a visa in VFS GLOBAL. Amaris Satrio Kuningan is the best choice for easier arrangement during Biometric, which the crew should be presenting. Previously, I did not know this hotel, as when I tried to book by app, I thought Jl. Dr. Satrio is Tebet Area, so I was afraid I would have to arrange pick up transport from the hotel to Kuningan City, but then I was wrong. From now on, I shall book Amaris Satrio Kuningan for all visas arrangement. Fyi, there are several visa projects after Ied Mubarak festive.

The Amaris Hotel Dr. Satrio Kuningan is located in the city center, making it easy to get everywhere. The facilities are excellent. While parking is limited, the hotel's security guards manage it well.

The experience and views are amazing at your hotel, the first time I got a room view that directly to the city view was really amazing, plus the service of the FO staff, service and security were very friendly and humble, and enjoying the breakfast was very delicious, unfortunately the steamed bananas were out of stock, it's been a long time since I ate steamed bananas, once there were some, they were all gone and I had to wait a long time, so I didn't make it because I was chasing train tickets hee, overall is good, next time God willing, I will come back again with Amaris 🥰🔥🤗
