I swear I was fooled by the photos.. In reality, it looks like an abandoned building... Scary... Horror... Dirty... My wife immediately asked to move hotels...

It didn't match the photos. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, dirty, and the room even smelled of cigarettes. The room felt like a haunted house. You could hear the TV from the next room, and you could hear every time a motorbike passed by. It was terrible.

My stay at Damar Boutique Hotel was very disappointing and did not match the photos on Traveloka. The hotel appeared poorly maintained and felt almost abandoned. Oh my gosh, it's really a dud, a 3-star hotel but it's like Oyo. Oyo is actually better than this hotel. Please, this shouldn't be a 3-star hotel. The mattress and pillows smell really bad, the tiles are all discolored and cracked. The AC isn't cold at all. The bathroom is dirty and filthy, the sink doesn't work. Don't be fooled by the pictures displayed, they really don't match reality. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, because I was in a bad mood and ended up moving hotels. Please update those hotel photos. They don't reflect reality. The rooms are damp, the floor tiles are cracked, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom and on the mattress. The sheets look like they've never been changed. It's also hard to find food around the hotel.
