Cheap for a big family vacation, very close to the beach, so close that at night you can't sleep, you can really hear the sound of the waves, but so far it's safe, even though the building is old from the outside, the inside is still well maintained

The condo owner is very kind, because he offers better rooms. I spent ± 800k for 2 bedrooms, it's really worth it where the view directly faces the beach. The villa was also very clean, plus when checking in the water in the dispenser had just been replaced, the owner used the sealed Aqua brand. Anyway, it's really worth it to stay here. Thank you to the owner for allowing check out at 1 🙏🏽.

Check in time was at 14.00, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, but unfortunately there was no water, the water went off twice, when we woke up at 4 am the water went off, it came back on maybe at 7 am, after playing in the sea water at 10 am we wanted to rinse off the water but it went off again, we had reported it to the management and it came back on at 11.30 am when we left the room, just imagine rinsing off with whatever water was left in the morning, and we had to do it at 12 pm.

Qualified facilities, complete with cooking utensils (rice cooker, refrigerator, stove), there is a dining table and TV room, friendly staff, direct view overlooking the beach. The furniture seems a bit old, according to the photos shown, but it's clean.

Walaupun kamarnya biasa aja tapi lumayan untuk liburan keluarga karena lumayan lengkap fasilitas dapurnya bisa untuk masak-masak, pantainya bagus bersih dan gak terlalu ramai.

location is good, beach is nice, booking selatan, di kasi utara.. ok sih parkiran luas place too old, old TV without any picture, no remote for AC, bad room lighting, old and dirty refrigerator and not cold enough for drink, water frequently off.. very annoying. don't forget to ask sticker "mobil ini tidak di cuci" to security pos.. if not, tomorrow morning when you check out some young man will ask IDR20,000 for washing your car which is not clean at all.. also security will ask you IDR10,000 for parking fee. while you already pay more than 1 million IDR for stay per night.. budaya pungli yg masih subur di sekiatan anyer-carita

There are 2 condos, south and north. So it must be seen again huh. The location is right by the beach. Great for families there is a full kitchen cooking utensils. It doesn't look too fancy but it's enough to stay overnight so far satisfied, thank you.

Always a pleasure to stay at Lippo Condo even though the building is old but has a very beautiful beach, safe and comfortable to play. But it is unfortunate that there are many sellers selling food or massage services and others that are too forced visitors to buy. Even though we already bought.

The story at Carita at 8:30 a.m. arrived at the hotel, the Condominium hotel in Carita Selatan was full of parking, I ran in and out to look for an empty parking lot after dropping my family and belongings, after getting parking I was given info by the hotel clerk, sir Krakatau rarely happens to be seen from the beach, in the heart. Wow it's exciting, I immediately went up to the second floor (3 plus bases) then checked the family again and cleaned up the items in each room, after that I invited the children to go downstairs instead of just playing cellphones in the room, who knows there was a view good below, and it turns out that the wife and the little one are also interested in joining at 9:00 a.m. past we go down, until the beach turns out to be pitch black, the sight of Krakatoa is not there, then my wife and child I invite to walk to find roasted corn. My son is number 2 because he is afraid of the sound of the waves returning to the room (this is what I'm most grateful for later), just a few steps suddenly a big enough wave came. I have started to feel bad, and my pants are wet (even though the distance of the beach is still pretty good and deep) I finally decided to go back to my room, on my way back to my room, my first child was curious and looked back at the situation, because my heart and mind I'm not feeling well, I keep calling my first child to go back to the room. And fortunately I want to listen and follow me, enter the hallway to the stairs, only a few steps overflow the waves are strong and hard enough to make me fall and fall. The little one is still in the tight arms of his mother even though in a condition of lying and in pain, it might hit a wall or staircase. Immediately I took my little one and tried to help his mother get up to immediately find a safe place, then I looked right and left my first child was safe and still near me. Next we immediately went up to the second floor to secure ourselves, our little one immediately cleaned and replaced warm clothes, after we checked it seemed safe, there were no injuries (this was all thanks to his mother who was quick to give a sense of security). My son number 2 who had run into the room first cried in panic and fear. Then we tried to clean ourselves blindly and try to stay calm. HP was lost in the current carried away, and the remaining 1 (one), it was dead because of soaking wet. At 10:05 p.m. I checked down again seeing the situation, I saw that on the ground floor it was quite messy, people panicked and left the location, the condo was quiet, there were only a few cars left in the parking lot, I tried to calm down and find information. apparently the direction of the road back to Cilegon was cut off and dangerous because combing the beach was recommended if you want to go back through Pandeglang. Because I was tired enough because I just arrived, and tried to think clearly in panic because I had to calm down the children too, I decided to stay, because I consider this safer our position in the room is higher than we drive in a panic and hurry to check food availability. Finally I tried to go down the check shop on the opposite side on the lid, down to the bottom there were a few bottles of drinking water that were still intact the former was carried away by the current to take care of the needs tonight then we tried to rest, I just prayed and hoped nothing would happen tonight this and can return home tomorrow, Alhamdulillah the children could sleep soundly, even though my wife and I were not calm we tried to be able to sleep tonight, there was the sound of the ambulance going back and forth until the morning with the rain and lightning alternating, it turned out until morning too, then we berberes to return home. Route through Pandeglang and Serang. On a busy trip the ambulance came to the location. Thankful we can survive and go through all this, I made this writing for my children, so that it will be read later. And knew that her mother was extraordinary in looking after her and as a reminder of us later. Although the building is quite old, but quite representative, the facilities are not very complete but the most satisfying is the location directly in front of the beach, the cleanliness is also sloping and very safe for children, because there are no corals, waves and waves are not high, overall , weekend holidays are quite satisfying.

The room is comfortable, it's just that the water tap is broken, it continues. The room is really beach front, just walking a few meters straight can play water. Rent a day but we only use a few hours, because it is intentional to just rest. But quite satisfying. The hotel manager is also friendly.

The location is right by the beach, so you can see children swimming from the terrace, while drinking coffee. The barbeque night is being lit while the sound of the waves, the condition of each hotel room is not too good, the air conditioner is leaking, the bathroom is rather smelly because the building is a bit old and lacks maintenance. Can cook because cooking utensils are provided as well, feel at home. The car park is behind the bedroom. Overall I have been here 3 times and the view and atmosphere are really okay, no regrets.
