Everything was fine, safe, clean, and no issues. The room was as pictured.

Good facilities, according to price, according to expectations when ordering, safe.

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, the family room is very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was very noisy, with people joking around, disturbing others. The hotel grounds were very dirty and not cleaned promptly. Breakfast was a small boxed meal.

The receptionist only asked for ID card, did not give wifi password. The room location on the 2nd floor through a narrow alley, the area around the room is very dirty with cigarette butts.

Please check the AC in each room yesterday. My room's AC is not cold and please use a freshener when mopping because yesterday my room smelled fishy when I first checked in.

A good place for the price and facilities, there are also many food vendors around, you can walk or if you want a more complete location, it is around 1-2km away by vehicle.

Check in process was fast. The staff came right away when we needed help. Keep up the good work. Good job

Good service, clean and spacious room. AC facilities, water heater running smoothly, only wifi is a bit slow to get to the 3rd floor can take the elevator. Strategic location in the middle of the city, everywhere is close. In front of the hotel there are many sellers at night

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is also clean from the sheets, bed, besides that the bathroom is also clean, the water is ok, it keeps on turning on and there are no problems, the staff is also good and friendly. we booked this hotel on January 22, 2025, we booked 2 rooms for 1 night. we checked in at 2 am. but couldn't, because the hotel voucher we bought on traveloka. according to the receptionist this hotel has been cancelled. even though we have clearly paid to traveloka. and there was no email or reason for the cancellation given to us. this hotel is really bad. be careful if you stay at this hotel, if you check in late. it could happen like us.

Ordered H-1 because suddenly went to Tuban. Rented 3 rooms and got the 3rd floor, thank God there is a lift facility because I brought elderly people, overall it's good, only the bathroom + sink door needs to be repaired. Clean, cold AC, friendly staff, next time I go to Tuban, God willing, I will stay here again

Fast check-in process, location in the city center, not far from the beach. As per the picture. Suggestions for the cup need to be replaced, afraid of hurting the mouth when drinking (already gopil as the Javanese say) and the blanket is time to be rejuvenated. Overall satisfactory, next time if I go to Tuban I will stay here again.
