Highly recommended for staying in KL. Also cheap price. The facilities offered both room size and location are very-very appropriate.

The room is very old, dusty and dirty. There’s cockroaches in the toilet. Cleaner left the cleaning detergent on the bedside table.

Comfortable to stay here because walking to the Mall directly through the hotel lobby. Many choices of food and for shopping everything is in the mall. The room I took was also very good suitable for families.

The room was dusty, old interior with some broken part. The floor sticky, the smell of the room not good. The wifi not working for the last 2 day.

Walking distance to Mall, ease to find food.

The room smelled bad, the bed sheet was dirty and smelly, it had not been replaced from the previous guest, a very bad experience.

Everything is OK👍. Best location. Closed to sunway medical centre. And doorstep to sunway mall. The only thing that I missed is the lobby operation hours 8am to 12am. Please remember time to check in or check out. Anyway. Nice place to stay. Thanks

Kami menginap 3 malam di sini karena ada acara di Sunway Pyramid. Menyenangkan sekali karena letaknya yang tepat di atas mall, sehingga memudahkan kami untuk naik turun ke venue. Kamarnya juga luas dan bersih. Sedikit kurangnya, furniture nya sudah tua tapi terawat dengan baik. Akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke KL.

Aircond can't function well and get the change the room but the new room's air conditioner is leaking.

Worst resort I ever had, sunway hotel a lot better, just pay a little bit higher price only. I promise you will nkt regret.

Good strategy location, but not clean in the room, kitchen, everything. I saw cockroach in the kitchen. Hotel staff not wearing mask sometime, not friendly, no solution for non function bulb and flashing bulb. Hotel bed not maintaine well, car parking not include. It's over price resort of course.

Old hotel and swimming pool on renovation

If I want to go to Sunway again, I will definitely stay here. Super friendly service. The room is clean and close to sunway pyramid.

My mother felt the room was less modern and felt old, the lobby was rather dark and quiet.

Old hotel with satisfy maintenance. Will come back again if have further discount for return customer.
