My first experience staying at the Aria Hotel. Very comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed for two days and the room was cleaned upon our departure as requested. The food was standard but not bad. Perhaps the chicken porridge could be checked before being served, as it was very salty, huhuhu. Next time I'm in Surabaya, I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel is strategically located in downtown Surabaya, just 1 km from Tunjungan Plaza. The staff is very friendly. The food menu is delicious and varied. The gym facilities need to be improved and expanded.

The room smelled nice, was clean, and was smoke-free. Recommended. The location is also right in the city center, so it's close to eateries, including a delicious bakery nearby. The downside is that ordering food from the restaurant takes a long time to cook.
