Overall OK. But the toilet pipe was leaking, talking to the receptionist and cleaner, they said maintenance was not available.

The female staff member was extremely uncomfortable and raised her voice when I asked to change rooms. I feel very bad with this happens, b/c I went to Malaysia I always to book a hotel here, but this time I was disappointed with the employee 's attitude. This experience was really bad.

i've check in and left out for awhile then came back to the room.. it like someone has entered my room and smoke a ciggy there.. no security what so ever. wasted

Terrible! Towel torn & dirty, cupboard is broken, foul room, cramped & noisy from the restaurant next door. Remote tv & air cond made in china, straight x understand what to do, yeah. Stingy hotel! No need to go here, sorry.
