The hotel staff is very friendly... The hotel is very impressive.

Strategic location, easy to find food and cheap because it is in the UNY campus area.

Clean, friendly, but if you bring a lot of stuff it's a bit complicated to get to the room because it's a few stairs... The room is clean, but the sheets and pillowcases are old. My suggestion is to add a little fragrance so it feels like it's just been washed... But the towels smell good... The housekeeping/cleaning service is really good without being asked, they are already on standby to clean if we stay more than 1 day... The Wi-Fi doesn't work. The breakfast is delicious and varied.. Okay for a hotel of UNY's class... Hopefully it will be better in the future... Success...

Maybe the cleanliness standards in superior rooms could be raised.

I stayed here for 3 nights. 2 nights in an executive room, 1 night in a superior room. Check out of the executive room at 12:00, and I was able to move straight to the superior room without waiting until 2:00. Overall, it was OK, as reviewed in the executive room booking. The superior room was also neat, comfortable, and nice. Worth the price 👌

I didn't have time to take a photo of the room. Checking in at 10 PM, I was given a room with a weak AC (out of freon), but the staff was quick to respond and moved me immediately. Overall, it was very worth it. The room was spacious, with a desk and chair for work, a wardrobe, and hot water that was always on. The only downside for me as a traveler was the lack of variety in the food. But that might also be because the hotel was quiet. Overall, it was safe, comfortable, and worth the price 👌🏼

Our hotel of choice every time we visit Yogyakarta. Complete facilities, clean, close to everything, and very affordable. Hopefully, there will be more promotions.

There is an unused mattress located under the stairs right in front of the room on the first floor... It's better not to put it there... So, the atmosphere in the room area is a bit gloomy.

Please check the cleanliness of the room more carefully.

The room floor wasn't very clean, as if it still had sand on it. Overall, everything else was fine.

I ordered 2 rooms but got 1 nice room but the other one was less attractive because it still had old furniture including old AC, according to the information from the staff because it hadn't been renovated like the other room.

During our 3-day, 2-night stay, 1. The elevator smelled bad. 2. The food at breakfast was tasteless. 3. The AC wasn't cooling for a while, but it was quickly fixed.

The room smells damp, doesn't smell good, the TV smells like burnt cables

The hotel staff are all kind and friendly, the process is fast, almost everything is responded to, need a hairdryer, clean the room, ask for amenities, the location is comfortable, cool, close to everywhere, spacious parking, free from traffic jams, only the cleanliness of the bathroom and room lighting needs to be improved,... Thank you, at that price we will come back..

The bathroom smelled, the door and frame weren't tight, the shower screen didn't work properly (it made a loud noise when opened and closed), and there was no hot water on the first day. Because there weren't many guests, breakfast was delivered to the room, with no menu options. The food and coffee were cold. Dirty plates and cups weren't picked up until the evening.

The hotel location is very strategic and the environment is comfortable.

It's pretty good. Just for overnight stays. The location is very close to where you're going.
