Awesome place for staycation with fams

Second time staying here. Comfortable room and pleasant environment

Staff sangat sangat tidak ramah, semalam saya check in dalam pukul 00:00, saya malaysian citizen but dia orang minta passport kata policy dari pada pihak hotel, patut warganegara saya guna IC die org tolak IC n mintak passport, please check staff dalam pukul 00:00 lebih semalam not friendy n very bad service n muka masam, apasal takde ramah, saya warganegara tapi dia tolak ic nak passport dan tak layan kalau takde passport, tunjuk ic die buat bodoh, very poor

Parking spot have very bad lighting, quite scarry at night. that all.. everything is good

The hotel is comfortable and always popular because it is in the Nilai Golf area.

The hotel was alright. I'd give it a solid 5/10. Check in: I arrived at 1300 hrs, but the check in counter said that I can only check in at 1400 hrs. So I had to wait in the lobby for an hour after a long flight. Regardless, the staff was very nice here and ensured check in was smooth for me. Very thankful and appreciate the kindness :) Room: Air conditioning was very bad. At full fan speed and lowest temperature, the room was still quite warm. At first i thought it was only me, but after bringing it up with my colleagues, all of them had the same issue. Same with the refrigerator, my water and snacks were not cold (colleagues brought up the same issue). Hotel facilities: I was there for a work trip on the weekdays. But staff said that the swimming pool was only open on the weekends, so there was no chance of me to relax in the pool. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was no variety but delicious. staff were very helpful and kind to me :) but old/middle-aged lady at the counter was quite grumpy when I gave her my free breakfast tickets.

Comfortable atmosphere and not so far from KLIA airport

It’s a great place for a honeymoon staycation. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food is good, and the best part is the beautiful scenery surrounding the location.

Overall 5.5/10 experience, in the end I had to check out early just after one night. Location is not strategic, there 's nothing to visit in the area, which is no one fault. But if you're planning to experience malaysia, negeri sembilan is not the place, it 's far from every tourist site. However, for me personally the staff there were not very helpful, there 's no lobby boy/security that helps me with my luggage, I even had to bring it myself to my room. The front desk didn't took care of my luggage even after I ask. When I asked for another keycard, the front desk give me wrong key number, which is not a problem if they are helpful about it rather than trying to gaslight me that I was in the wrong room which is not possible since in the end they did give me the wrong key card. Why not check it yourself first in your system before you accuse me in the wrong … Overall the staff service from my experience is poor, they talk to you with high tone. Also, there 's so much extra fees to pay for basic necessities such as asking for extra towel. Not only that, if you requested something they will sent it to your room in about 20 mins, talk about slow service.

There is no privacy for users and many conditions are set

good place to visit for family. a pool with many game options. spacious room, and good toilet. everything is perfect and a good place to visit. nice staff too. Thank you very much for everything

Mula-mula risau nak book hotel ni sebab tak banyak review, tapi sebab ada kerja kat Nilai cuba lah juga. Hotel best giler, bilik besar dan sangat bersih, pool besar dan kids friendly, anak-anak enjoy sangat. Will repeat lagi if ada kerja area sini lagi. Pengalaman yang menyeronokkan. Parking luas. Staff very helpful. ❤️

I ask for an extra pillow and extra comforter as I am pregnant. Fine I need to pay RM5 and I need to go all the way down to the lobby to pay. Not a problem, but the housekeeper only send a pillow not with comforter. I ask for comforter, the housekeeper ask me to go down again and pay for comforter. 🥲 I don't know how their communication work. I called the lobby and Mr. Wise answered my call and suggest to just deduct from my deposit. Perfect! Then only Mr. Housekeeper came back and send me the comforter. Just becareful with everything, they gonna charge you on everything. 😁.

Nice, clean, and not too expensive. Also, not too far as well. Good to bring the entire family, especially a big family, because kids can stay for free. Big swimming pool and quite calm even though in school holiday. Can revisit again.

Great place to stay if you want an early breakfast. Opens at 0600.

Hotel & toilet is so clean, very calm and suitable for relaxing. Highly recommended. But big swimming pool cannot be used if not wearing swimming attire. Please put a note so that we'' be aware on the requirement. My son very sad cannot swim.
