This is the only word I can say. I don’t even want to lay down on the bed after seeing how dirty the water boiler is, the wash basin (and saw the toothbrush set was just laid down on the table without any plate underneath) and the ceiling. AC was noisy, bum…bum…. I immediately checked out after getting in and saw the worse room condition I have ever seen.

Hi, the hotel doesn't provide a hairdryer, and when I arrived, the sink was clogged, but when I reported it to the receptionist, it was fixed immediately, and if you ask for pick-up or drop-off to the airport, it's free. The breakfast is really good, the food is delicious. The AC is cold. The room is big, and the bed is comfortable.

I got room 216, but the AC broke down twice. The lady was kind and gave me a replacement room that was cleaner and had cooler AC. But the next morning, the AC in room 214 was leaking. I was too lazy to complain, but luckily it was only for a day. Next, pay attention to the room's maintenance.

I've stayed 2 nights there, and it was nice! Though the bathroom was not perfect, but it was proper enough. The room overall is clean. The food during breakfast is super nice and tasty, exactly the Indonesian taste. I would recommend this place for people in transit. Thanks :)
