The hotel is actually okay, but sometimes the electricity goes out.

I don't really want to review, let alone give a bad review, but this is for the good of the hotel. The room conditions are not well taken care of, starting from cleanliness, leaking jet washer, sheets, and towels are dull. Some parts of the room and bathroom are leaking and some broken tiles have not been repaired, the room is cramped and noisy. Upon check-in, a deposit is requested, but this is the first time at checkout the deposit is not immediately returned, informed 2 days after check-out that the deposit will be transferred. Now 2 days have passed, and there is no response on WhatsApp regarding the deposit. This adds to the hotel's bad rating. Even though the location is good, but the service is not well taken care of. This makes many people regret staying here and will not return again. Just this once is enough.

The hotel is quite clean. The staff are friendly. It's easy to access and very strategic.

The hotel is old and many of the furnishings are damaged/worn. It's time for a facelift. The rooms are small, and you can hear noise from the next room. The floors are dirty, unswept, and full of dust and food debris. The bathrooms are also dirty. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

At first, I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but once I got there, everything was fine. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. Overall, everything was fine. It's just a shame there's no food court in the apartment, there's only one, so it's a bit tricky to find dinner. But there's Alfa, which is open 24 hours like Warung Madura, so it's still safe.

The hotel was very helpful for our travels, especially the staff member, Mr. Angga. We found him very friendly and provided excellent service. This hotel is highly recommended for those of us with children. 🥰

This hotel is located in an apartment complex, guys. So, you know how it is. The service is okay. There are just a few things that need to be improved. First, Wi-Fi, because in this day and age, hotels must at least have Wi-Fi, no matter where the room is. Second, please improve the cleanliness of the bed linens. Third, regarding toiletries and soap, please refill the soap every time someone checks out. The rest is okay. Thanks.

I had a great stay here, highly recommended. It's very kid-friendly. All the facilities are complete. The staff, Angga, was excellent from check-in to checkout, even carrying my luggage all the way to the basement.

The Wi-Fi is slow, and you can't use the electric kettle or hairdryer due to limited power. So, if you need hot water, you have to go up to the reception desk to get it from the water dispenser.

everything is ok 👍👏👏👏 except 1, the sound from the next room is clearly audible, the little child cried several times plus the whole night until morning the Koran reading was playing non-stop loudly 🤦 so I couldn't sleep well... In the morning after dawn. the Koran reading stopped for a while, then it was played again 🤦 it was really loud 😥

The hotel staff are friendly and quick. Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are lots of snacks around the hotel, they are cheap and taste good too.

Overall experience was great but the only problem was that the WIFI was not working during my entire stay at my room. I love that the staff was helpful and attending to requests. Check in time was also reasonable.
