The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Access to the room on the 2nd floor is via stairs because the hotel lobby is being renovated. There are many cockroaches in the room. The hotel towels are very thin and dirty.

The WiFi is not available and there are cockroaches in the room and toilets. Looks clean but not cleans I myself have killed 3 cockroachses.

The room is okay but just the WiFi please repair it. Its been have been months we the WiFi problem not settled. Hope the higher management look into this.

I book this hotel stay for 3days. Then reception charge me more rm30. How come about this? I asked. They said is for tax. What tax I understood. N so bad the reception. I got something want to ask. In room call for them many times but they don’t have pick up. 4-5 times and must wait so long! . 1 best worker is cleaning people ( aunty) . And everything is very bad very bad.
