You can leave your suitcase/bag before checking in. However, I got a room that had to climb two flights of stairs, and couldn't be reached by elevator. The room was quite clean, the shower worked well, and everything was good. The hotel's location is quite strategic, with Indomaret, Lippo Mall, and Brawijaya souvenir shops within walking distance, and there are also many culinary delights around the hotel. The hotel's price is quite affordable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for those who are still strong enough to climb stairs.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and overall it was fine. It was just quiet, so the stairs were a bit scary. We happened to be staying in an oversized room on the third floor, so we had to climb the stairs.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to Batu town square. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, and it has complete amenities. I chose a superior room with elevator access. If you choose a standard room, access is via stairs and there are water dispensers on each floor. However, this hotel doesn't have any windows, so you can't see the outside world. In fact, my husband and I were sleeping and didn't realize it was already night, haha. But, everything was good, recommended, love you.

The hotel location is very good, there are many culinary places around the hotel, unfortunately it is not elderly friendly because for standard rooms on the 1st floor, the stairs are not friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean 👍

Look for something that sells easy food, is located close to the town square, and is also close to the strawberry picking garden. Look for rooms with elevators. I chose one with a nice street view.

Very comfortable, spacious room... Got a free drink, for that price it's really worth it, close to the mall, near the town square, near tourist attractions. In short, I would stay here again.
