The location is very strategic, close to many culinary choices, the suggestion is that the AC could be cooler.

1. The attitude of employees, especially receptionists, needs to be evaluated again. 2. The AC room is bad, hot. Checked 3 rooms, all of them were bad. Is it really not too cold on all settings ha ha ha? 3. Bad service. Toiletries were not asked for, not given. I've been asked to ignore it. 4. The cleanliness of the rooms & bathrooms is not given enough attention, as it is.

The place is nice and comfortable, it's just noisy, lots of other guests going back and forth at 12-01 WIB so it's a little disturbing.

Nice hotel but it's a shame they don't provide towels.

The AC wasn't cold so I couldn't sleep in the heat. It's enough just to stay at this hotel once.

The name is also cheap, there is nothing that can be satisfying. It sucks.

I was looking for a hotel, from the outside it wasn't convincing, but beyond expectations it turned out to be good for the rooms and cleanliness.

Akomodasi nya gampang karena di pusat kota. Untuk harga kamar segini ya 4.4 lah ya. Lumayan bersih. Lebih perhatikan lagi WC nya, masih kotor. Air hangatnya juga kayaknya terbatas.

Tempatnya bersih dan kamarnya juga luas apa lagi toiletnya bersih juga.

Hot air conditioner, unfriendly service, dirty and stubborn. Can't complain, said CS because of booking via application. So given a bad room. Dirty room. Try it, the hotel owner is being reviewed again by his staff. You're selling a service. If you want the hotel to progress, it must be repaired.

Sebenernya nginep di sini bisa untuk balik lagi buat nginep lagi gitu ya kalo ada keperluan di sini, tapi kayaknya untuk ke depan udah gak bakalan balik ke sini lagi. Karena petugasnya kasar kayak gak ada attitudenya gitu. Masa dibilangin baik-baik malah nyolot. Tolong yah bagi pihak agen online dan pemilik hotel ini di evaluasi lagi kinerja pegawainya memang gak semua pegawai yang begitu kemaren sebelumnya saya ke sana dapetnya pegawai yang baik nah kebetulan semlem saya nginep di sini lagi karena memang bagus gitu kan eh tau tau pas ke sini lagi dapat perlakuan yang tidak mengenakan seperti ini jadi untuk ke depannya saya tidak akan balik lagi, sekedar informasi yah buat teman-teman yang akan menginap di sini hati-hati sama resepsionis yang judes dia laki-laki tapi agak jutek orangnya sukanya nyalahin orang tanpa mau tau ke salahkannya dia dimana. Aneh emang dia. Minta kepada pihak agen online di sampaikan keluhan saya kepada pemilik hotel ini. Baru kali ini dapet hotel yang super duper aneh. Gak recommended deh buat yang lain di tempat ini. Biarin aja dia sepi biar evaluasi diri mereka.

Staf nya sangat tidak ramah, malah baru datang aja sudah dibilang kamar kosong padahal sudah booking via aplikasi. Tidak di kasih air minum. WC ketika masuk kotor.

The room did not match the order, especially with the picture in the application even though we had booked a deluxe room type and had paid in full. The air conditioner is not working properly, order two rooms of the same type but the room with one bed is smaller. Please consider using the name of a sharia hotel because of the weight of the trust.
