The room was really clean, the bed felt clean. It was really great.

The cleaning service was also very professional and tidy when I moved rooms (3 days). The receptionist, a.n. Hadu, was very friendly, helpful, and informative during check-out.

It's good, but the security is lacking. At 2 a.m., my child was crying and was taken to the lobby. Since there was no one in the lobby, a suspicious person tried to enter but waited for me to tap my card. It was very suspicious at 2 a.m. My suggestion is to have a 24-hour standby in the lobby.

There's no place to hang wet towels. I complained to the front desk, and they told me to just hang them over the shower cubicle, too lazy to argue.

For the past few months, when I've been on business in Bandung, I've chosen to stay at this hotel because the environment is homey enough to rest after work. There's also plenty of affordable food nearby, as it's a student boarding house. However, I do need to be mindful of the security situation, as the access doors are rarely functional. For example, from the basement parking lot, you can take the elevator directly without a key, and the access key from the lobby also rarely works. Thanks.
