Everything was comfortable, the room and breakfast were delicious.

Perhaps it's worth considering just the restaurant service, as it's open quite late. Breakfast for children is strictly limited to a maximum age of 6. In most hotels, children are free for breakfast, but not 12 years old. Everything else was very enjoyable, thank you, Green Forest.

The place is suitable for recharging after routine, the large room is suitable for families.

The check-in process took over 30 minutes because the data was checked manually. Amenities were missing from the room, so we had to ask for them. The water gallons in the hallway were all empty. The pool water was cloudy. The TV's Wi-Fi signal was spotty, with no program options, and local TV was impossible to watch. The room's desk and TV area were dusty, and the sheets looked worn. The food was lacking in variety, but that's understandable for the price. The staff were friendly and handled complaints quickly. However, it seems like I only stayed once and wouldn't be interested in coming back.

As for the room, the mattress was soft, okay. But the amenities were not so good, not up to hotel standards. My room couldn't even be locked, so I was anxious every time I went to bed. Then the WiFi was completely dead, so how could I use the smart TV? Then the food was not so good, there wasn't much variety and the taste was also less than standard. The bread was dry, the milk was very runny because it was mixed with ice cubes, the infused water used lemon that was not suitable, it was already black. I think many of the staff were still interns, I wanted a fried egg but the staff flatly refused it. Ugh, what a mess. Then the pool was okay although a bit shabby. Overall, for a 4-star hotel, I really don't recommend it.

Highly recommended. It's just that yesterday, during high season, it was very crowded with check-ins.

This hotel is located quite far from the center of Bogor. Yesterday, we passed Rancamaya at the Ciawi toll exit. The road is quite steep, so be careful for novice drivers as it's quite uphill and winding. The hotel service was quite satisfactory. Breakfast, which included fried rice, soy sauce chicken, and other dishes, was quite tasty. Cereal and milk were also available. Hopefully, the food variety could be expanded.

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, everything was good, except there was a cigarette smell in the hallway, and when there were a lot of guests staying there, it got a little noisy—you could hear it from inside the room.

This was my first stay at this hotel. It's very cheap and affordable, with spacious rooms and smart TVs. The internet was a bit slow and the bathroom floor was dirty, but so far so good for the price, which includes breakfast. The swimming pool is spacious, so the kids were happy. The only downside was that I booked two king beds, but one wasn't a king bed, claiming it was full due to a late arrival. The hotel should have adjusted the room reservation.

Fantastic place for a getaway or holiday. I really enjoyed my time here. They have everything you need, from on-site activities, a pool, food options, and a mini mart that is open till late. A bit far from Bogor Station but definitely worthwhile.

The fried rice was made very oily, not to mention the soy sauce mixture, not like fried rice, but soy sauce rice. Not to mention the experience at the pool, while taking the kids swimming, suddenly a group of junior high school students from the same school entered the pool without prior notification, playing games, even though it's a public pool. How could guests be made uncomfortable by such conditions? All the little kids who were swimming were immediately scared to get in and stopped swimming, what a pity. A hotel of this class, there is no coordination and it really makes you uncomfortable.

So far so good, but hopefully the facilities for children can be improved, like the playground.

I've never regretted staying here. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities are all great. This is my second stay here. Absolutely the best... I really love Green Forest.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center, accessible only through residential areas. Breakfast menu options are minimal, lacking in protein, with only omelets and soy sauce chicken available, and limited options. The pool is nice, check-in and check-out service is good, and the staff are clean and helpful.

The room is clean, the view is cool, the breakfast is delicious, the location is quiet because it is far from the crowd, recommended for resting after work.

I booked a deluxe room and got a connecting room, but the gap in the door was transparent, making it uncomfortable to look in. The room was locked from the outside during the day. I was told to wait, but it took so long that my child cried because he was so tired from riding a horse in front of the hotel. The elevator took a long time to get to the room. Breakfast was far away and uncomfortable because the round table was shared with other people. So far, the food was good.
