As always we had a great staycay. Aside from there's this guard at the entrance who discriminated my friend. She was asked where is she going and she answered that we booked a room and I am already checked in. When she can't present a valid id she was told to leave her atm card. Like, what the hell? Atm card in lieu of valid id? And really? At the entrance? He even told her that she need to leave her card with him. Wtf? Leave the card to the guard? Ending I fetched her at the entrance instead of lobby/elevator just to inform that idiot guard to let her in. I only knew about this when we were at the room. I don't want to ruin our stay and so I did not raise that to the gramercy management. This is not my first booking/stay at the gramercy and so I was shocked when I knew about it. I never presented a valid id at the entrance. That's my friends first time at the gramercy and she don't think she will stay again.

So much hassle, most of the guests access pass didn't work, dinner time was so hungry and no one was at the lobby of siglo to assist us because our access card isn't working during the whole stay.

We were not happy with the room that they have given us but we have no choice bec we want to have rest that time already. They have incomplete utensils for cooking, they didn't even have spoon and fork and when we asked for it no one was answering. No bidet in the CR also. We are happy with the stay, just disappointed with the room.

No breakfast was served although paid for. I believe they had trouble with their vendors. No substitutes were offered, nor was there any refund offered for the missed breakfast

You are in a prime location and your air conditioner is still a 2000ish window type? Not to mention it is not well maintained and placed in the wrong location. The room is hot even after 8hrs of AC being switched on. You guys need to step up on your game.

Strategic location near convenience stores, clubs, etc. Swimming pool must be tried. The location is also suitable for sunset decks with cityscape view. Which might need to be repaired is the room. Rooms use old-fashioned AC windows under the mattress. It is rather uncomfortable because when sleeping, the feet are sprayed with ac. But because of the concept of an apartment. The room is suitable for cooking simple / warmed food because there is a microwave and electric stove complete with cooking utensils.

We been waiting for more than an hour to the stuff worker in front desk for checking out, this is so worst we missed our flight cause of this shit! They’d have always someone to work early!! They’d got front desk but wasteful cause no ones is there! We planning to check out since 5 am but no one is there until 6:32am crazy huh!

Frontdesk is difficult to contact, and housekeepers have long been climbed. Wifi is not that good. Slow. But the place is nice though.

What I love about Gramercy Residences is the good location, friendly staff and they attends to your request or concern immediately.

This apartment is suitable for those of you who live approximately 1 week / more in Manila. Because it has a kitchen, complete cooking utensils. And the location is quite strategic. Standard service, 3 star, breakfast has no variety, that's all, but it's okay. But if it is only 1/2 day, I recommend choosing a hotel.

My experience stayed in this hotel was not pleasant at all in general. First got into the room power outlet in the room came out from the wall hanging, I asked if I can changed the room but they said it will be fix by engineering and after getting fix it still like that nothing changes. AC is not cold and the position it’s not high like common AC will be but it was a little bit lower than the bed. It’s not comfortable at all to sleep here and the room it’s quite small. To be honest pictures are lying, not the same at all. The only thing that you feel good about this room was a big screen tv but that’s it. Mostly everything are not good at all. Service from the staff is so bad and not worth the price. I won’t ever stay in this hotel again.

Loved Siglo Suites! We stayed at the 56th floor! Got the best view ever! Everything is so perfect! Worth the money and time. I also like minimalist decor of the room. I appreciate the cleanliness. Though wifi needs to be improved and I’m not sure if the phone is working? Lol! But I messaged them on viber and they’re very quick to respond. Got everything perfect!

Our stay was good! The staff were very accommodating and nice. But I hope they would install a bidet on the cr.

We stayed only one night, but it was awesome! The staff were very helpful with our queries. Just be warned though, your breakfast the next morning should be ordered the night before or at least early on in the morning cause it takes them some time. Nonetheless, they were nice enough to accommodate our breakfast request even if we requested it late.
