There were no blankets, the mattress was dirty, the lights were dim, and the TV had no signal. There was only a toothbrush and toothpaste (no soap).

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. It's close to Slipi's business center.

Saturday morning at 2:35 am, February 15, 2025, arrived, was able to book a room on Traveloka, when I arrived the room was full. I couldn't apply for a refund on Traveloka, the receptionist wasn't there, so how do I get a refund????

In my entire stay at hotels, in this hotel alone, I pay 25k for the blanket. And they charge 10k for parking for a motorbike. Strange. I won't stay here again and they ask for extra money. They give me cash for everything.

TV is off, no blanket, if you want a blanket add 25K. AC remote is broken. Parking fee 10K at the beginning.

Staff was actually helpful and very nice but the facilities were awful. First I was placed in Room 313 which was very dark and creepy but they moved me to Room 202 because the air conditioning was hot in the previous room. I took a shower and tried to dry my hair using my hairdryer but the power went down. It took like 20 minutes until they recharged my electricity token and fixed the power. I had to dry my hair in the lobby. The bathroom was dirty in Room 202. The bed was okay but the pillow was so smelly that my friend preferred to sleep without pillow.

The sink didn't work, the shower had little water, there were no blankets, and there was no trash can in the room.

Very sorry to book a room here + bad recommendation. If there are other options, it's better to look for other accommodation that is more worth it. The accommodation is combined with a boarding house, blankets are not provided, TV + telephone cannot be used. Dirty bathroom + sewer smell. I didn't feel like staying here for long, I checked out early in the morning and didn't even take a shower because I really didn't feel comfortable resting there.
