Fast check-in and check-out, with a Rp 50,000 deposit. The room is spacious, clean, and has a bolster (homey😊). The location is close to everything, especially culinary spots. Good hospitality and quick response. The chest freezer is really good, similar to a refrigerator, it's cold 😌

Actually, the hotel room was clean and tidy, but there were still mosquitoes flying around, the mattress was a bit rough, but overall, it was quite good for resting in this hotel.

Suggestion for management: My family and I stayed in two rooms on Thursday, March 26th, and checked out on Friday, March 27th, 2026. Before Friday prayers, we informed the receptionist and asked for permission for a late check-out, no later than 12:45 WIB, because we wanted to pray Friday prayers at a nearby mosque. I returned around 12:35 WIB to find the room dark and hot. The family who stayed there said the electricity had been turned off since around 12:15 WIB. Is this the hotel's standard operating procedure (SOP) for "pushing" guests out? I had informed the receptionist and asked for permission for a late check-out beforehand.

When I was about to check out, I was shocked to hear that the mug or glass was broken. I asked my husband and he found out it was chipped from the start or chipped. I threw the chipped mug away, afraid the next guest would be charged again, but after explaining that it was chipped from the start, I was able to check out. The hotel was clean, but the breakfast was only chicken and eggs, so hopefully they can fix it.
