Friendly and flexible staff, comfortable rooms

The hotel is strategically located and family-friendly. Please fix the room doors so that cards can be used to enter and exit the room. The door to the room we got yesterday didn't work properly, so we couldn't leave safely and comfortably. The trash can isn't emptied promptly, even though it's already overloaded. The shower hose should be fixed to make it more comfortable and water-efficient.

Room M 107, please fix the AC, it takes a long time to cool down, and the AC is so noisy that I can't sleep...

Uncomfortable. Dirty and poorly maintained rooms. Room upgrades are required, which is very expensive. No toothpaste provided. No hot water. Unfriendly service. Mossy swimming pool. Not recommended at all.

The place is nice, but it's time for the rooms to be renovated... especially the bathroom (the tap is leaking, the sink tap has a small outlet, the bathroom partition glass needs to be repaired)

If two people are staying, they have to provide both of their ID cards. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. The room couldn't be locked. I didn't complain to the hotel because I couldn't be bothered to argue, and I also stayed because I just wanted to relax. The shower was rusty and poorly maintained. The water smelled like dust or rust, like rainwater that had been sitting around for a long time. The AC took a long time to cool down, and because the door couldn't be locked, I kept it on even when I left, because otherwise it would take a long time to cool down. The service was still okay. The location was easy to find. The pool looked pretty clean, but I didn't swim. The kitchen functioned as it should. 6.5/10

The washtable water is not working. The shower faucet handle is off. Add more staff so you don't have to be alone.

There's no doubt about it, it's really comfortable to stay here.

hard code for M SUITE management to fire them, from the beginning of check in it was hard to call, slow, even though they were just playing on their phones, then the staff are stupid, I ordered a single bed here (traveloka), I was directed to a double bed, then I was told to pay additional money (upgrade they said) even though she was the one who directed me to that room, the service is super bad, if she wasn't a woman I would have slapped her, I wanted to buy food she ignored me, for those of you who want to stay here, don't, before the staff is fired/replaced, paying 300k is not worth it, it's better to have a 500 apartment with good service

The staff didn't smile, were curt, the room was dirty with lots of hair as if it hadn't been swept, the bathroom was dirty, the taps were messy and had lots of rust, the corridors and yard were really dirty.

the place is clean, only the TV has no channels, the bathroom has no toothbrush and the shower is not normal

You should choose the 3rd floor for a cleaner room. The 1-2 floors are dirty and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. It was so much better 6 years ago, seems like they were not maintaining it with much effort anymore.

If for the location & facilities are quite okay. Only the cleanliness of the room & the cleanliness of the hotel in general, need to be improved. Hopefully the management will pay more attention. Thx

There are a lot of cockroaches, my goodness 🥲. Please check again next time, I happen to be afraid of cockroaches. So it's really scary 😭.
