We had the most pleasant time. Staff were very accommodating. The rooms were nice and Clean! And it's easy to go around the city. The place is just at the back of a Mall. The owner was very kind to help with our needs. We will come back! Thank you

The staff is complicated, rambling, ordered in Traveloka instead he said from expedia, told to pay again manually said he only registered 1 room even though it was clear 2 rooms in Traveloka. the rooms are super small, not comfortable, unclean toilets. just location near times square

The worst days in my holiday. Noisy all daytime and internet interrupted but reception are polite.

Smells bad since the management changes?

The rooms are exactly the same in the photo, friendly service, according to our budget but not cheap

You ordered but at the time of check-in the clerk was hesitant to accept, then not yet when I checked out I was told to leave, the reason someone had checked in the room, then I asked for a replacement room, he gave the room that the toilet didn't work.

1. The room I ordered is already out, then switch it to another room. Well then the room turned out to be in a dirty bathroom, we complained and got a replacement room, okay problem finished. 2. We should be able to have breakfast right, how come when we ask the male jutek employees, and then we are told to have breakfast at the tavern next to be served Indian-style bread for breakfast with the same soup and drink. 3. The employees, especially the male ones, are not pleasant at all. 4. When we sleep. How surprised are we suddenly that the man's recipe came in using the spare room key? Lastly it was the most fatal.

The hotel is close to everywhere, even to Alor Street. only the toilet is very small. the toilet seat topped the shower, if you shower all must have been muddy to the sink. The first impression of entering the room feels less tidy, but it's okay the cheap price of the staff there is loud and friendly.

A nice place to stay but supposedly breakfast is included but the receptionist told us they can’t provide breakfast because their staff is not coming. Not an acceptable reason

The hotel is pretty bad, just love the room I place, the more night the smell of cigarette smoke, so I can not sleep because of the feeling of breathlessness due to the smell of cigarette smoke

Behind the times square times food is very much beside the hotel especially the food access is easy to access near the MRT, Bus to Johor or Singapore, very fast service clean hotel

Narrow room, but near the mall glorious

Super! Very strategic location. For a budget hotel the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only TV in all rooms does not have broadcasts (we have 3 rooms) but there are channels. Fast WiFi. Very friendly officer.

In front of the hotel is an Indian diner. Not bad for resting. There is no TV in the room. Its location behind time Square mall.
