Lots of mosquitos, no soap and shampoo, ac problematic

Very dirty, on very dirty pillowcases! On the toilet also lots of mosquitoes and smells!

The rooms are decent but the service is very bad. Towels should be requested and not every day given towels. Towels only 1 air conditioner less cold in complain at say no more room Waste water is not smooth

The place is nice, clean and easy to eat as well.
