Both of the rooms I stayed in had rats! Outwardly, the hotel looked decent. The staff were polite and respectable, but behind my back, they spoke ill of guests, laughed, and joked casually. The room had a very large rat that had been there for a long time. At night, it even climbed onto the table and rummaged through the cups, plates, and spoons. It even dragged away a bag of chips. I paid 2.7 million VND for 3 nights to stay with rats. The hotel knew this and continued to rent out rooms regardless. I suspect the positive reviews on various platforms are fake and have been bought. The experience was terrible, and even if I return to Hanoi, I will never rent a room at this hotel again.

The rooms were clean, the space was luxurious and well-equipped, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Booking through the app made the price for a 4-day, 3-night stay very reasonable. The only downside was the slightly poor soundproofing; a family with young children in the next room was making noise and crying, and later, a couple came to stay and we could clearly hear what they were doing in the next room, so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, all other services were good. The appliances in the room were all working well, and the location was convenient for business trips and sightseeing in Hanoi. Next time I travel to Hanoi for business or with my family, I will book this hotel again.

Stayed longer in Hanoi than I planned, as I liked the hotel so much. Clean, comfortable and fairly central. Helpful reception staff, luggage storage, friendly, thorough cleaning staff, and a great security guard too, which means no worries about your bike. Will be back.

The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the service and amenities were good. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; conversations in the lobby could be clearly heard inside. The bed linens had a slight stain on them during my stay. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the price was reasonable.

The bedroom is okay, the bathroom is clean. The location is also convenient. There is a motorbike for rent, not too bad. There is always staff at the counter.

The hotel doesn't know how many stars it is but the toilet in the lobby is dirty as if no one has cleaned it for a month. When I booked a room, they said check in at 2pm and if I want early C/I, it's 50k/1h. That means the room was available at that time. But I didn't buy early C/I and chose to go out to eat and wait for the room. When I got home after 2pm, they said the room I booked was not available and said they would give me a free upgrade and asked me to rate it 5 stars on Google. While it was the hotel's fault, they also said the customer rated it 5 stars. The hotel said if I wanted to stay in the right room category, I had to wait (if I waited too long, I would make up for that on the check-out day. But I didn't need to because I left early on the check-out day so I didn't need to check out late). I was tired from traveling all day so I gave the staff a 5-star review and went to my room to rest. But when I got to my room, the room was a twin bed combined together, which was very uncomfortable. I turned on the DND button in my room but the housekeeping staff still knocked on the door. I don't know what DND means or I don't care anymore. The first time here is also the last time But the good thing is that the hotel rents motorbikes, although the motorbikes are very old. It's not too far to get around. The room has a minibar The hotel needs to improve the bathroom, but the rooms are okay.
