OVERALL IT IS COMFORTABLE AND SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO LIKE SIMPLICITY AND QUIETNESS, BUT THE BAD EXPERIENCE WAS FINDING DEAD COCKROACHES IN THE BATHROOM, AND THE ABSENCE OF EXHAUST/AIR CIRCULATION IN THE BATHROOM CAUSING A MUSHROOM AND MUSTY SMELL, EVEN MOLD IN THE BATHROOM.

The price is very affordable, and the location is quite strategic. However, the room cleanliness is important. It's quite outdated and needs improvement in several areas, in my opinion. There used to be a breakfast bar, but unfortunately, it's no longer available. The staff's friendliness also needs to be improved, hehe. If there were improvements, I'd be willing to pay more.
