Without a doubt this is one of my favorite resorts to stay in Bali. Upon arival we were warmly welcomed, given welcome drink, and quickly wandered around before the staff showed us the room. They were extremely helpful and friendly and even helped us with the minor issues. Room and pool were super clean, spacious, and the amenities provided were beyond expected. We had two wonderful evenings here which obviously added up to the experience. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We'll surely come back.

Staff hotelnya ramah sekali menyambut kami dengan penuh hangat dikala kami cape karena kelelahan dan check in malam hari tapi staff nya melayani kami dengan maksimal. Pengalaman tak terlupakan.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our room was upgraded from a deluxe to a one-bedroom villa. The room is clean, and spacious, with complete amenities. The pool is cold and very clean. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. The hotel building is very beautiful, surrounded by trees. The ambiance is quiet and serene, the right place to relax with loved ones. The road to The Alena is a bit secluded so don't forget to use Google Maps and notice board signs The Alena.

The place is quiet, away from the crowds. Highly recommended for those of you who want a comfortable place. The staff is also very friendly.

The service is very satisfying. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, there are balconies, the breakfast is decent. Only access to the hotel is a bit bad. Overall, all are good.

Resort that has a unique design concept. Very comfortable, clean, cool and large rooms. Complete facilities with super excellent service. Prices are in accordance with the facilities obtained. Spa facilities are very helpful in the holiday agenda.

Small beautiful resort in Ubud. The room is spacious & has big bathtub. All are working well, the AC, hot water & the bed is big enough for 3 average persons. The spa is good too. We have good times staying in Alena. But the road to Alena is damage. Slowly driving.

The staff is friendly. Get a free upgrade to a villa with private pool. The bathroom is spacious, it even feels bigger than the room . Get 2 small bottles of drinking water every day. Rooms are equipped with a kettle and a small refrigerator. The drawback is the narrow entrance. The hotel is building a new villa beside the current location.

Honestly, I really like the atmosphere here, the rooms are super comfy, and the service is very friendly. Highly recommended for those who like to spend time enjoying the villa atmosphere.

-Tempat staycation yang sangat rekomended! Gak pernah kecewa stay di hotel-hotel by Pramana, tempatnya tenang, bersih, asri, sejuk, parkir ada untuk mobil dan motor.-Kamarnya juga bersih, luas dan nyaman banget.- Staffnya juga ramah-ramah, dapet ngobrol juga waktu mau check out nama staffnya Wayan (cowok)- Rate nya juga terjangkau. Semoga semua hotel-hotel di Bali tidak pernah membeda-membedakan antara tamu lokal dan international yahh seperti di The Alena, biar tamu lokal tetap di treat sebaik mungkin.

The rooms are pleasant, spacious there are balconies so far everything is ok. Friendly staff.
