old hotel, but the breakfast is good

The downside is that the lobby is hot, I don't want to sit and relax in the lobby, the food is not tasty, if you buy food or drink at the restaurant, the room bill can't be entered even though it will be paid when you check out, and it will take a long time to stay here.

It's very comfortable to stay here, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is on, there's a swimming pool.

The hotel staff is friendly, from security, reception, to the housekeeper. What needs to be improved is the parking location, the parking outside, especially for motorbikes, does not have a protective roof/canopy, so it is vulnerable when it rains and you have to bring your helmet to the room. The room facilities need to be improved because they are starting to look outdated, especially for a star-rated hotel.

In 1 year I sometimes stay 2 times to this hotel, sometimes 2-3 nights. For the comfort of all guests and the progress of the hotel, try to pay attention to the following points. 1. The staff who incharge during breakfast are not friendly, apply a good greeting. 2. Cups & saucers need to be sorted because most of them are no longer suitable for use. 3. Main course if possible use food text so you know what dishes are served. 4. Stained towels are not suitable for use. I always come back here when I go to PKU only one (the food is delicious, there are many choices of alacarte) TKS ..
