The hotel is cool. The rooms are clean, and the staff are all friendly. It was a pleasure staying here.

There was no hand soap, only shower gel. The toothbrushes were of poor quality; the bristles fell out after one brush and were almost swallowed. The breakfast buffet's selection was mediocre.

Fun, easy access, not too far from the Puncak highway.

It was a pretty impressive staycation, but unfortunately, my older brother got sick, but he recovered quickly after receiving medication from the hotel's in-house clinic. The staff were all friendly, the room was large and clean, and the price was really good value for money through the app.

I was disappointed by the delay in the delivery of my luggage to my room. Despite calling the reception twice and being assured that the luggage was already being delivered, it never arrived. After waiting for an extended period, I went down to the lobby myself and discovered that my luggage was still sitting at the concierge desk. While the hotel offered a one-hour late check-out as compensation, this did not adequately address the inconvenience caused. In fact, the later departure resulted in us being caught in severe traffic, turning our trip home into an eight-hour journey. Furthermore, for a hotel that claims a five-star standard, I would expect basic amenities such as an iron to be available in every guest room wardrobe.

All is good, I will come back again.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The outdoor area is also extensive and impressive. Overall, everything is fine. I've stayed here twice and have always been pleasant.

A comfortable place to rest, and there's a mosque for Friday prayers. The restaurant also serves delicious food.

A hotel with a great mountain view. However, I got room 1123; the AC wasn't cold enough, and the sound of the river was quite noisy. The price was quite pricey, and the breakfast menu was very basic, in my opinion, considering it's a 5-star hotel. The hallway in front of the room was also a bit dim. The view was truly top-notch.

Everything is good, but it's a shame the garden isn't as nice as it used to be.

The facilities are very basic for the price. If you're looking for a quiet atmosphere, you'd be better off looking for another hotel, as the sound of the river is very audible here.

Starting from check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly without a smile, after the room was cleaned, towels and doormats promised to be delivered to the room, but the bathroom mat had been requested 3 times to the HK staff but did not come until check-out, towels if not requested twice were not delivered either. The bathroom toilet water leaked onto the floor. The cafe waitress was unfriendly, maybe she thought she was just sitting in the cafe. Maybe yesterday was full or busy because of the long weekend, but it's a hotel, the excellent service is still lacking.

The hotel is nice, clean and fragrant.
