Hi good afternoon. We are sorry that you might feel that way. We are really appreciate that you can communicate with us that day. Thay day we are very quick respond to your needs. But never mention about ants and hot water. The hot water in one bathroom is gas so We think that the gas run out that time and actually we have already prepared the new one. We always have the spare gas, so if only the guests communicate and inform us about that we can just change it to new one for you. And for the ants it might happen because we also have garden it might happen and also Indonesia is tropical island so insect like ants might be in the house but we hv already prepared the insect spray as well. We do really appreciate you that can communicate with us before giving us the bad review while we dont know that you face the trouble. And we are really appreciate our guests highly and the comfort of the guests and cleanliness is our priority. So it surprise us that we actually can handle the problems. Because that day we communicate with you but never mention about any trouble and other than that you ask about paragliding and all. We are really sorry for the trouble. And we are really appreciate that you can communicate the troubles with us.
