No blanket. The shower holder is broken. 1 towel for 2 persons.

After a long drama. Ordered 3 rooms, there were only 2 rooms, they said they were fully booked even though until morning there were only 2 cars. Even told to add money for extra beds, it was strange that the staff was not very helpful. But finally the owner came and gave a refund for 1 room. A lesson once please OYO and the hotel must always be in sync so that guests are not disappointed!

The water is very slow and the toilet doesn't work properly.

The water is so small, it barely flows. Complained instead of being polite, there was no response. The service is really bad, unfriendly, impolite and very rude.

The inn is clean, the only problem is the iron smell in the shower that smells really bad.

We booked 2 rooms (no. 6 and 16) for 2 nights (21-23 Feb. 2020). AC is not cold enough, room cleanliness is also lacking, especially the bathroom. In room 16, the bathroom door handle is broken so it can't be opened from the inside.

The hotel is nice and very comfortable, the waitresses are friendly and very helpful, also very close to teleng ria beach. Staying 1 night here I am quite satisfied.
