Actually the rooms are good, but the cleanliness is not maintained, the rooms smell musty, cobwebs and dust in the mosquito nets of the room a lot :( friendly staff, only less attractive to guests. For example when I arrived at the hotel to check in none of the staff standby in the hotel lobby, approximately 1.5 hours for me to wait until the staff arrives, no telephone number and email can be contacted at all 😥 .For the price of 300K it is not worth it in my opinion. Hopefully the future of Kuta Cove will be improved, Thankyou Traveloka.

With the price of 320,000 the hotel does not have TV facilities, and the hot water is even worse when the lights are off, so there is no night light at night when there is no light. Bed covers, pillowcases and mosquito net are very dirty. And the pool is slippery like it's never been brushed. I am very sorry to choose this hotel. Not recommended especially for those who travel with children.

It was not clean. And during the night, it was very noisy.
